If you are thinking about Christmas presents please do your local traders a big favour and shop with them first. This weekend marks Small Business Saturday - a national celebration of the rich variety of shops we still have. I will be in Minehead and Bridgwater doing my bit, marvelling at the array of possibilities in the windows and - I dare say - spending some money too . Anything that helps the local economy is surely good for all of us.
